ASC Clubs are a place where children can meet new friends and flourish in their chosen activity.
Breakfast Club
Time: 7.30am – School drop off.
Food: Served until 8.20am, children are offered a range of cereals, toast, fresh fruit and a drink.
After School Club
Time: End of the school day – 5:45pm.
Food: Children are offered a wide range of sandwiches, wraps, crackers, fruit, vegetables and drink.
Children will receive their food when they arrive with us followed by our range of activities. We also have access to the outside space and school hall to run sporting activities.
All prices can be found on our booking system.

Breakfast Club
Drop off will be open from 7:30am each morning. Our drop off point is the door in between the hall and the school office.
(The black gate on the right hand side ).
** Parents must be with children until the coach is there to meet you at drop off so we can ensure they are supervised at all times**
Please ensure that if you would like your child to have breakfast with us they will need to arrive before 8:20. Any children arriving after that may not have time for breakfast as we will be getting ready to go to school.
The ASC team will make sure that the children have all their belongings and are in their class ready for the day.
After School Club
For our after school clubs it is the parent / guardians responsibility to inform the class teacher that they are attending the after school club this is to ensure a smooth transition at the end of the day.
All children must be collected by the person nominated on your booking portal, if this is different then you must inform us before collection and they must have your collection password.
We operate on a collection password for all children, if this collection password is not correct then your child will not be dismissed.
You can collect your children anytime up to 5:45pm. (Please note that we will having food from approx 3:15pm – 4:15pm).
Collection is also form the same door as drop off.

We can take adhoc and on the day bookings, if you need this please get in touch with our admin team and we will be happy to help.
We operate on an online booking system. All bookings must be made online to secure your place. The booking link is : Asc.ipalbookings.com
If your child does not attend the club for any reason, e.g. illness, going to a friend’s house after school or is attending another club etc. you will still be charged for the booked session.
If you would like to decrease the number of sessions in your set pattern or cancel your place fully, this can be done and must be done in writing to Nick, and future sessions on the cancelled days will be offered to another child.
If you require any additional sessions to your normal pattern, you can visit our website to see if we have availability. Once an additional session has been booked, we will be unable to cancel or swap the session and you will still be charged.

Any changes to your booking must be put in writing to ASC via email.
In the interests of safeguarding, if for some reason your child is not going to attend one of our sessions then we do ask that you let us know as soon as possible by texting our peacock club phone, this number will be sent out to all parents.
The new booking system will send you an invoice to let you know how much to pay. The invoice will be for the sessions within the month only. The October invoice will include October sessions only etc.
This invoice needs to be paid in order to secure your place.
Unfortunately we are unable to take cash or cheques.
The system will send follow up emails for the missed payment. We reserve the right to cancel all future sessions if invoices are not paid.
Yes you can, we accept all childcare vouchers. Please note that some vouchers take 3 – 5 working days to be allocated to your account.
